Product Information - Terrazzo

What are they made with?

We use a composite material (gypsum-based material in an acrylic resin). Considered an eco-resin, it is water-based and non-toxic.The finish ressembles stone or smooth concrete, without it being super heavy.

Are the products dishwasher/microwave safe?

They are not. And if you want to preserve the finish, please do not place hot items on any of the pieces.

How do I clean these products?

These products are sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and light detergent. It is advised to wipe up strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.

What are these products sealed with?

We use a mixture of beeswax and mineral oil to seal our products. It ensures a nice finish and no toxic surface. If you want to preserve your item, you can refinish them with a clean cloth and a little bit of beeswax.

Product Information - Wallet

What's the difference between Pixel Wallet and every other wallets?

Pixel Wallet is very different from any wallet out there because you can customize it. From the material of the slates (individually customizable), to the elastic band and the strip + leather combo, you get to pick everything. Plus it has a unique mechanism that allows you to store 6 to 8 cards between the two slates and access them easily.We are also pleased to offer a sustainable wallet option.

Are the wallets RFID-blocking?

How many cards can the wallet hold?

The Pixel Wallet can hold up to 12 cards, including about 6-8 cards stored inside.

Can the wallet hold cash?

Yes it sure does! The wallet can hold cash, coins, or a key without a problem. The shape of the elastic bands can hold these items securely.

What are the dimensions of the wallet?

The dimensions of the wallets are 57mm X 90mm x 6,25mm. The elastic band is 1.5″ (or 38 mm) wide.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are manufactured in Montreal, Canada. All the materials are also high-quality, locally-sourced here in Canada or the United States. The slates are manufactured in-house and the elastic bands are hand sewn by a local textile manufacturer.

Are you carbon neutral or zero waste?

We strive to make our products as sustainable as possible. We are committed to obtain our 2021 Carbon Neutral Certification. At Maze Design, we are working hard to maintain a low waste production daily, buy locally-source materials and ship in all-recyclable packaging. 

If you are living a zero waste lifestyle, please let us know and we will make sure that your order comes packed minimally.

Payment and shipping

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders will ship in 1-2 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise noted on site. If product is coming back in stock, the estimated shipping window will be noted underneath the "Add to Cart" button on the product page by color/size variation.

How do I track my order?

Once your product ships, you will receive your automatic tracking number(s) via email, SMS or Messenger, depending on how you checked out.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship to every country. If your country is not available at checkout, please send us an email at contact@amazed.design

Where do you ship for free?

Canadian and American orders are eligible for free untracked shipping, regardless of your cart total (for wallets only). We are also pleased to offer FREE standard shipping (with tracking) for all orders over $75 CAD or $50 USD (before taxes) shipped to a Canadian or US address. Will there be a customs fee? And, will I be responsible for that cost?

Yes, for international orders, there may be a customs fee when the product arrives to your home country. Unfortunately, we are not able to quote that specific cost as it varies considerably between countries.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@amazed.design. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I submit a return request?

Please send un an email at contact@amazed.design with your order number and we'll be pleased to assist you.

How long do I have to return my item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How long does it take to process refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
